Update, 10/2/09. Nike now says they are not paying him a sponsorship fee or promoting products with his name, but only giving him free product. To me, that is still wrong, if he needs athletic gear, he or his team should pay, or it is still sponsorship, IMHO.

We don't buy NIke either but we'll pass this along to our family to get them to join. Maybe if enough people don't spend money with these big corps they will make better moral decisions like not associating with dog fighters.
Nike obviously has some real brains running their operation. Why risk any association with somewhat that P.O.ed as many consumers as Vick did?
