We've been tagged

By our adorable new friend Sedona

Here were my instructions:
1. Open your "My Photos" folder and select the 6th folder.

2. Select the 6th photo in that folder.

3. Post the photo along with the story behind it.

4. Tag 5 of your friends to do the same thing.Sounds like fun, huh? You never know what might show up on someone's blog!!!
So as others have done, we have cheated a bit. This is one of only 2 photos in the 6th folder, an early shot from when mom got her camera and was playing with it.
This is the 6th picture in this year's folder, Tucker practicing his solemn look.

Looks like many of our friends have already been tagged, so we invite you to play if you want to.

Life is good

Mommy and the weather finally cooperated this morning and we got a walk today after almost a week. This is from when we got home. Mommy says this is the only picture when we were both looking at the camera.

Mommy left us

Our Mommy went to the Vermont Quilt Festival yesterday without us, how dare she.
She saw many beautifule quilts while she was there but she took a picture of this one because it reminded her of Khyra and our other Sibe friends.

You can't biggify these pictures, but the talented quilter is named Janet Fogg, and if you go to her website, you can see a much better picture of it. It was really gorgeous.

We really can't complain, because Mommy arranged for our friend Cathy to come and visit us and feed us our dinner. We had a good time with her.

She brought us cool new stuffies. Mommy tried to take a picture of us with them in our mouths, but every time she gave one to Tucker, Daisy would drop the one she had and take his. This was the best we could do.

Happy Gotcha Day

Daisy says:
It's Lucky Luke, aka Golden Boy Luke's 1 year anniversary of his Gotcha Day. If you haven't already and you have an extra minute, pop over and wish the Luke and the mom Amanda a happy day. It's a special day for a special boy.

Venting/Kicking myself/wondering

Heidi, Tucker and Daisy's Mom blogging today. As Tuck and Daisy have posted in the past, there is a large farm up the road from us with a multitude of creatures, including deer, cows and goats. Yesterday, due to my schedule we went for a mid-morning walk. As we were coming back by the farm, I saw a little goat with it's head stuck in the fence. I didn't try to help it as there was nowhere to safely leave the dogs and if the dogs get too close to the goats, it just spooks them. Usually I have noticed that once the dogs go by, the goats get themselves out of the fence just fine. It sort of crossed my mind that I should drive by on my way to work and check on it, but when I got home routine took over and I spaced it.

Cut to this morning. We were on an early morning walk, and when we turned around by the farm, there was the same poor little goat, still stuck in the fence. So the dogs and I trotted off to the farmhouse and told them about it. Luckily the 2 St. Bernards did not eat us. In a couple of minutes when we were walking home, someone came to rescue it. So it is not stuck anymore, but I feel bad that I didn't do the right thing yesterday. I also was annoyed with the goat's owners, that they didn't find it sooner on their own. But as I was walking home, I thought about it more, and realized I used to have a horse who was out in a pasture all winter with a bunch of cows. Someone brought hay out to them every couple of days, but if it was really cold, or I had a lot of classes, I didn't go see her every day, so I suppose something like that could have happened, and maybe I shouldn't judge them. Hate these questions with no right answers.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled blog fun.

Another Yucky Day

It's not actually raining, but Mommy is afraid it will, so she won't take us for a walk.
Daisy says "I even tried my best cute look."

But at least Daddy is home.

We love our Daddy, but he works a lot and is not home as much as we would like.

Shhhh, we're sleeping

Mommy stayed up too late last night playing on the Internet, so we had to come and sleep by her to keep her company.

So many of Daisy's toys in the bed, there is barely room for Tucker.

Mommy, what are you doing?

We could submit this to the LOL cats- Camoflage, Leo's doing it right.
Even Abby decided to hang out with the gang.

Even late at night, Daisy the social butterfly always has a smile for the camera.
