Mommy took me to the Pet Costume parade at the local fair yesterday. She didn't make Tucker go this year, he really doesn't like dressing up.
Silly Mommy forgot to bring her camera for the actual parade part, so all you get are pictures of me in my Fairy Princess costume. Mommy made my dress, but not my wings. What do you think?
In this picture you can see my wand, which I will carry at home, but there are too many good smells at the fair, I kept dropping it.
Besides a couple of dressed up dogs, there was a pony, 2 calves and some goats in costume, as well as a chicken that walked on a leash, so we didn't win a trophy, but I got a participant ribbon.
And everyone told me I was cute, and petted me a lot, so I was happy.

You are ADORABLE! Our momma always has a thing for cute Golden Girls!
Domi, the therapy dog, has passed to the Bridge this weekend. Our blog contains her last letter to her friends. Please come to visit. It would mean so much to our momma and then go to Domi's blog to offer condolences. Momma is crying a lot today.
Oh how cute!!!!!!!!!

Hey Daisy,
You know that we usually consider "dressing up" to be FooFoo behavior to be reservered for little foofoo dogs like bitching freezes and such. However, since this was for a special event, the fair, we want to congratulate you on looking very cute. We also allow dress up on Halloween and allow accessories such as hats and bows at Christmas and birthdays. Tucker can keep his man-dog card for not winning a "participant" ribbon.

Wow that's a really good costume. My momma's impressed - but don't give her any ideas. I'm not dressing up in any fairy costume!

Love your costume! Would have loved to see parade photos, but we will imagine all the neat outfits and lots of smiles. Must have been a fun day!!!

Oh how adorable! You dress up your dog? I've never thought of that! (Heheheheh, they have their own costume bin...) What did the goats come dressed as, I wonder? LOL
The goat that won a prize was dressed as an old woman, in a wig and scarf, with her handler dressed as an old man. One of the cows wore pajamas, the other cow was dressed as a sailboat with sailor hatted handlers, and the pony had a flannel shirt, jean and a straw hat.
