In loving memory of Spencer

We love Spencer, and are terribly sad that he has gone to the Rainbow Bridge. He couldn't take a bad picture, but this one from recently before he got so sick is our favorite. We hope he is happily chasing squirrels and carrying his tennis balls at the Bridge until his loving family arrives for him.

Wednesday, Part 2- Famous relative

This beautiful golden girl is Toasty's Treasure Island.

She won best Golden Retriever and was second in the Sporting Group at Westminster yesterday, and we are related. Tucker's grandsire is one of Treasure's great-sires. We have never met our famous relative, or even heard of her before yesterday, but we offer our congratulations and wish her all the best.

Goofy Daisy

Tucker says "I am a very serious and responsible fellow."

But my niece Daisy is a goofy girl.

She plays with lots of toys.

She lets Mommy dress her in silly costumes.

She even talks about her toys all the time. (If you have speakers, be sure to listen to the video.)

P.S. from Tucker's Mommy: Tucker can be just as goofy as Daisy, he just doesn't want you to know.

A ride in the car

Hello Friends

Tucker blogging today. One of my favorite things is a ride in the car. Daisy doesn't like to go because she gets car sick. On Sunday mornings, Mommy and I go to do what she calls "getting a paper". I'm not sure what she means, but I love my mommy time and my ride.

Here I am waiting by the door. It takes Mommy so long to get ready. She says she doesn't have all-weather feet like me, or a fur coat.
Then I hop into my car and check out what is going on in the yard.

Mommy bought this car for me because she says I didn't fit in the one we used to have. She even has it marked for me, see:
I know it this is my car because there is a perfect spot to rest my head.
When we are going, I keep a an eye on what's happening behind us.

We got Mommy's paper and are home again.
